At Cartifinity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as personal care products, may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Shipping costs for returns are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
